President
Steven Fase II serves as the President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Michigan Real Estate, Northern Indiana Real Estate, Tomie Raines REALTORS, and Executive Realty. Driven by his desire to develop and serve others, Steven continually pushes the boundaries on what a full service brokerage can offer its clients. His personal goal is to help others live fulfilled, balanced, and profitable lives with every initiative the organization takes on. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its offerings to include innovative coaching and training programs, wealth building strategies, tools, and technology for real estate agents at any stage in their career. Steven is proud to carry on his family’s legacy as the third generation in the real estate business.
Jessica Wood

Jessica always gives exceptional customer service and will give you a peace of mind that you are covered. She has been with Insurance Resource Agency since its beginning in 2016 and holds a P&C Producers License and Life and Health License, as well as a CISR. Her professional experience includes sales, service, and marketing all on the agency side. Jessica has a Bachelors of Science in Marketing and Business Management. Jessica enjoys spending time with her son playing sports, vacationing and making priceless memories.
Blaine Anderson
Licensed Account Executive
After enjoying 25 years in the insurance industry, Blaine joined Insurance Resource Agency in 2019. His professional experience includes Service, Sales, and Marketing on the corporate side as well as the agency side and he holds a P&C producers license. Blaine is focused on educating his clients about their insurance coverages while providing everything imaginable to ensure excellent service. Blaine has a Bachelors of Science in Marketing and has been a West Michigan resident most all of his life.

Nick is licensed in property, casualty, life, and health insurances. He started in the insurance industry right out of High School and has enjoyed consistent growth within the industry, residing mainly in Mishawaka, Indiana. He loves spending time with his wife and 3 boys, playing sports, hiking, and vacationing.
